Residence Bilyana is situated in Svilengrad and started operating in 2018. It’s an excellent place for both family and romantic holiday. The residence’s exterior and interior are built in the French furniture style called Provence. It has a total of 14 rooms, one presidential apartment and one studio – all equipped with a luxurious Provence furniture in delicate warm pastel colors. All pieces of furniture are made from order made natural wood and the brand technological equipment is next generation. The main idea behind the creation of the residence is to ensure all guests have a relaxing and pleasant stay and create a cozy and comfortable home-like atmosphere. The main purpose is that all guests feel welcome and experience wonderful emotions.

Bilyana Residence offers 14 rooms with luxurious and modern furnishing with comfortable classic style equipment in soft pastel colors. The residence has 6 rooms, 1 studio, 6 apartments. For the comfort for all guests the residence offers modernly furnished sauna, jacuzzi, fitness with modern equipment. It also offers convenient and spacious parking, Rent A Car service, transport to and from the airports in Sofia, Burgas and Plovdiv. For all pet owners dog houses are also offered.
